My professional experience and interests include working with clients of all ages regarding issues of anxiety, depression, grief and loss, career/life transition and chemical dependency as well as issues such as work/life balance and the range of childhood, parenting and family issues. I utilize a systemic approach that considers clients within the context of their relationships and operate from a strengths-based perspective seeking to build on and enhance clients existing strengths and resources. I enjoy working with individuals, and also find utilizing play therapy with children and working with families to be very rewarding.
