I specialize in working with individuals and couples, using a strengths-based, relational model of therapy. I especially enjoy working with women on identity, self-esteem, and differentiation issues, helping them learn how to include themselves in the circle of care they provide to others. I have fifteen years experience working with survivors of sexual, physical, and emotional abuse. My training in EMDR has given me an effective tool to help clients metabolize their trauma and integrate it into their life story.
